When was the last time you set yourself up for failure? I bet you never really looked at it that way. The reality is we often do it and regret the goal quickly because when opportunities showed up we never looked at the bigger picture.

I’m just as guilty as anyone else in this department, so I now recognize how easy it can become looking at life through the wrong perspectives. Sure, I’ve learned through regrets as well, but personally I feel my biggest ah-ha moments were the times I truly understood that the only person I was letting down was myself. It’s not even about self-esteem or the confidence to follow through with a commitment as much as it’s not accepting what the responsibilities are that come with newly established goals.

“Raise your vibration and see how the stress can easily melt away.”

If you’re struggling with this same issue, I encourage you look at yourself differently and evaluate what is necessary to get you where you need to go and at the same time, selfishly look for the benefits of honoring yourself with your commitments. If you still feel like you’re stretching yourself thinly the next option might be using a scheduler and follow it as closely as possible. Trust me, I’m well aware that adapting new activities into our daily lives is not easy if you’re career-oriented, family-focused and building your dream. Where does the balance happen?

Regardless of how you choose to make it happen, the deal breaker will always be your energetic connection to whatever you pursue in life. Raise your vibration and see how the stress can easily melt away.

I choose me, and then my family first before everyone else. This is how I know where my goals benefit the most important people in my life.

Thank you for reading my message.

I wish you Joy, Love and Peace always.
