Sending love to everyone I’m connected with that is going through difficulties in life right now. Not everyone talks about their personal struggles and pain openly.

Some people don’t have anyone they can trust to share their hearts with. I understand that it’s not easy to expose your feelings and vulnerabilities. There are some things that cannot be put into the right words depending on the individual, so as a result we lock up our emotions from everyone around us.

Today, I would really like to acknowledge the quiet heroes in our lives. I have to share something about a profound experience I never knew I had on my wedding day, I was busy, excited and tired like any new bride would be. I had an amazing Reception following our church nuptials with approximately 500 individuals. My dear high school friend was my maid of honor, and she did an incredible job keeping everything in line for me and Steve on our special day. I recall how sweet she was with assisting me as needed, not skipping a beat. It wasn’t until a few weeks after the honeymoon that she told me her cousin had committed suicide the night before our wedding day, and she didn’t want to say anything to ruin my special day. I can’t help but think about the pain she must have kept inside knowing such great loss.

“Take some time on a daily basis and whisper a little prayer for your friends, family, co-workers and clients”

There are many people we know who are suffering silently and we have no clue, because they don’t want to burden us. I encourage you today to be kinder to everyone. Take some time on a daily basis and whisper a little prayer for your friends, family, co-workers and clients. Being human is not easy, there are many things we go through but knowing we can put another’s needs before our own takes an extraordinarily priceless person, as not everyone can do this. Thank you for who you are and what you do to make others feel special.

Thank you for reading my daily posts. I hope they bring inspiration and motivation into your life today.

I wish you Joy, Love and Peace always.
